During the run up to your event we will keep in personal contact with you to keep you informed of progress,  there is also opportunity, if you wish, for you to meet with our flower and cake designers to ensure that you have maximum input.  So you still get to do the fun bits while we ensure it’s all perfect for you.  On the actual day we will be with you (discreetly) from the moment you greet your guest to the time for final farewells and beyond, leaving you and your guests free to enjoy a perfect day.

Once you have made initial contact with us, we will arrange a  free face-to-face consultation with you to discuss your needs (no obligation),  We will then list all the things you require,  catering, flowers, cake, entertainment (you name we’ll do our utmost to source it!).  We will then have a brief of your wishes for the day and will then  be able to provide a detailed estimate. Once we are all aware of the budget and potential costs we will discuss any adjustments that may need to be made and assuming you wish to proceed a deposit is then required to formally secure services for your big day.

At any time you can review the brief and make adjustments as you see fit, after all it is your big day.
